𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧

This is a popular shibori haori. The shibori texture is deep and fluffy to the touch. The black-dyed areas of the shibori create a red-and-black overall tone. The pattern features seigaiha waves with floating clouds, evoking an image of clouds drifting over a vast blue sea. This geometric repeating pattern symbolizes the open ocean, and the fan-shaped design is believed to bring "ever-expanding fortune."

There is a faint brown stain from aging near the left side seam. It is shown in the second-to-last photo, where my finger is pointing to the lower right corner. Apologies if it’s a bit difficult to see. The stain is not very noticeable. Overall, the haori is in good condition, and the bold pattern makes it a highly recommended piece.

We USE RE-USED KIMONOS and OBIS

All the kimonos I handle are pre-owned. While the condition of items on the market varies, I carefully select only from stores where I personally inspect and touch each piece to ensure they are in good condition, with beautiful patterns and colors, and made of quality fabric.

After purchase, I sometimes discover minor stains, spots or scratches, but if the item is still perfectly wearable, these details are clearly noted in the description. Stains and spots may be due to age or wear, which is also documented. Please feel free to message me with any questions, or if you have specific requests for what you're looking for.

・Ironing it on a medium-high setting. Garments may also be steamed in a moderate setting.
